What is a Boiler Water?
Boiler water is highly purified water used in industrial boilers to produce steam for power, heating, or processes. It’s treated to prevent corrosion, scaling, and fouling, requiring low conductivity (<100 µS/cm for high-pressure boilers, 0.1–10 µS/cm for ultra-high-pressure systems), minimal TDS (<100 ppm), near-zero hardness (<1 ppm CaCO₃), and low dissolved oxygen (<10 ppb). Our RO+EDI rental systems deliver ultra-pure water meeting ASME and EN 12952 standards.
With advanced reverse osmosis and electro deionization, we achieve consistent water purity for low-, medium-, and high-pressure boilers. Rent our custom-designed, reliable equipment to ensure optimal boiler performance, longevity, and compliance with stringent industry specifications, tailored to your operational needs.
Engineering and Planning
Cassia Team will thoroughly assess your boiler or demin water specifications, including conductivity, hardness, and flow requirements. Water supply conditions will be tested for quality and flow, with comprehensive analysis available through our in-house laboratory if needed.
After confirming site space availability, the most suitable RO unit will be selected. If required, the integration of an EDI system will be recommended to ensure your water quality meets all operational and process standards
Operation and Maintenance
Cassia water treatment units will be deployed to your facility or shipyard. Our technicians will handle all hookups and electrical connections.
Operation and maintenance will also be managed by our team, ensuring the system runs efficiently and reliably throughout the rental period, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to focus on your core operations without any disruption or additional manpower concerns
